Do you have to click→add image, click→add transition etc. for every single image? What if you’re making a 60-image slideshow?
In kdenlive, you use Add Slideshow Clip and select a folder and a duration and transition-duration, and all the images are added with that duration and the simple transition. It is of course more limited, and as I discovered after some difficulty, you have to make sure to resize the images first outside of kdenlive. But the end result turned out pretty nice, and it’s no work at all once you know how to do it.
(I also tried imagination and ffdiaporama – can’t recommend them, ugly transitions / unusable export settings.)
