How can I do split toning in Rawtherapee?

To expand on @heckflosse’s answer, the specific section you probably want is:

Where you can control color toning by one of two regions: highlights or shadows. (And the relative strength between them, as well as overall).

I did a very subtle tone split toning to one of my images.
Little bit of yellow in the highlights and some blues in the shadows.

Agreed, this is quite a wonderful shot. It looked impossibly clear to me at first.
