How do I write out image that has been edited with Node Editor?

Your viewer is set to ‘sRGB’ while your output file is written out as ‘linear’. That seems to be the mismatch. My best guess is: Set your write node property ‘File colorspace’ to ‘sRGB’ as well…that should do the trick!
