I am a first time user of Siril. My initial impressions are good. But there is something very basic that I do not understand. I have sets of images in L, R, B, G, Ha, S2, O3, but I don’t see a script for processing all the color images. Or is it that there is not a separate script for this, and I need to do something else? Do I need to put the colors in different directories or are there specific requirements for naming the files? Please Advise.
Siril is not only scripts. You can do it what you want manually.
I would recommend to have a look to the official tutorial and documentation if you need help.
For example:
You can use the existing mono processing scripts to process each of your filter sequences separately. Alternatively you might enjoy the sirilic companion tool that provides a different user interface for automating preprocessing (it’s not as flexible as using the main Siril gui and it only addresses preprocessing, but it might be helpful for you). Once you’ve done that, you can use pixelmath or the RGB composition tool to composite the stacks for each channel into a final colour image.
