Display profile refers to a device profile, specific to your device (screen, in this case). That’s different from the colour space you set in the “Color mode” for your screen, the values mentioned there all represent colour spaces. Make sure you understand what a colour space and a device profile are, and what they are supposed to be used for (too long to explain here)
As for the softproof and histogram options: do you need to use softproofing? And do you understand what softproofing is for?
