Is darktable 5.2 a lot slower?

I installed my pc new with Ubuntu and did a test.

The test output looks a lot different now. With dt 5.0 I had about 1.5sec for the gpu, an Intel B580. there are somwher logs with this pc in other discussion. If you want, I will search.

See log attached.

Now I remember a warning in this forum re this driver, I have to search for this discussion.

Please see the log attached.

I recommend searching first and if you can’t find a solution, then post a question.

Your log tests the performance via disabling opencl. It seems you want to compare the performance to a system with opencl (GPU). Why compare apples to oranges?

Oh, I am so sorry using the wrong command. Everything is ok.

$ darktable-cli setubal.orf setubal.orf.xmp setubal.jpg --core -d perf -d opencl
...

Can’t answer your question refer a linux instal, but on Windows 5.2 not slower than 5.0 for me. I am now using 5.3 weekly builds and also not slower. It sounds like you were testing with OpenCL disabled. Is that the case?
