As you know, currently darktable just uses github to track issues, but 10 years ago they used redmine. Some of the redmine issues were archived by web.archive.org: Issues - darktable - darktable - photography workflow application
But most issues were not archived.

sad, I was wondering if the darktable team might have internally backed it up before it went away. There were some good technical discussions in there.
Well back then there was probably a lot of @hanatos (the original author of darktable) and he is here still😁
hehe i’ve never been great at process/dev practices. probably didn’t participate all that much in redmine.
