Issues when using the FITS compression

Hi,

I use FITS compression and it creates some side effects:

  1. The SuperStack script doesn’t work with compressed files (this is the topic of another post)
  2. Siril issues an error message in the console after the conversion step, although the sequence is created properly:
18:21:51: Conversion : traitement de 4 fichiers ...
18:21:51: La conversion a réussi, 4 fichier(s) créé(s) pour 4 fichier(s) d'entrée (4 image(s) convertie(s), 0 échec)
18:21:51: Impossible de créer la séquence Mosaic_.seq. Il faut au moins 2 images pour être utilisable dans Siril.
  1. When following the mosaic workflow (conversion, plate solving of the sequence, registration, stacking), the process fails at the registration step.

All those issues disappear when I stop using the compression.
