Keep using XMP file in RT

Hello,
I’m new to RT and want to migrate from LR to RT
I don’t know if there is a way to use a LR XMP in RT by converting it to pp3 format.
More clearly, I want to use the xmp file made by a photographer (here: https://fujilove.com/how-to-get-that-medium-format-fuji-pro-400h-look-on-your-digital-fuji-files-with-lightroom/)
Thanks by advance for nay helping on that!

There is no way to use a Lightroom preset in RT. RT does have it’s own film simulations though.

Thank you for the answer Claes! I’ve looked at the page you mention and i’m happy to learn that RT has film presets too. But my goal was to get the same result as the one described in the page I linked to you. I mean, starting from one specific raw file, that is fujiX raw file, and then get the necessary tweaking to get this user specific film emulation.
What I’m planning to do to obtain this result is, take a shot with my fujiX camera in raw, then apply the preset in LR, export, let say, a jpg, or tiff file, then open this file in RT, open the original unedited raw, then proceed step by step in RT until I get the same result. After that, I will save the preset in RT in pp3 format (I don’t know the way by now, but I will learn from youtube, or from your pages).
Do you think it’s the good way?

Thanks for the answering Paperdigits!

The idea sounds feasible, but due to different processing you will never succeed as the result will never ever look the same. Well, may be you might succeed if you shoot a pitch black area…
