Cool, here is again Torch7 used, the Facebook AI.
Well, Torch7’s popularity comes from its association with corporate entities and their resources, endorsements and allies, which may or may not be a bad thing depending on who you ask. If it were not for this, this research would not have happened and / or surfaced into the mainstream.
Anyway, try the demo if you don’t have any privacy concerns. If you have the programming chops, even better. I just know that people like to be updated on this stuff and so that is what I am doing
