Lenscorrection don't find my lens Sigma 24-105 F4 DG OS HSM | A in Darktable

Lenscorrection in Darktable does not recognize my Lens. Every photo I have to change it manually to Sigma 24-105 DG OS HSM [A]. I assume that is correct for the ART lens from Sigma. Is that correct? I use this lens on a Canon 6D Mark II.
Is it possible to chance this in the definitions of lenscorrection?
