Masks elements color

Hey folks. Updated to 5.3 with a fresh install on Mac OS.

For the life of me, I can’t find how to change the color of the masks elements from default gray to red. I searched this site and google, and through each of the preferences pages. No luck.

My old install had them as red - much easier to see when editing B&W photos. I don’t recall if/how I changed this, or if red used to be the default. Possibly not an option in 5.3???

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

I think the option you want is available when in darkroom mode, by right-clicking on image (below the image) to access a menu with an overlay colour selection:
