Misty hill in Sidlaws

Hello everyone,
I’ve been on this forum a little while but I’ve only just starting learning to edit with darktable. I’d like to see what others do with this photo.
(It was taken in the Sidlaws, Scotland, just under a year ago.)

Thanks for your image. My quick attempt using DT4.4.2

Seems pretty close to your reference.

Thanks everyone.

Thanks for the play! Not particularly happy with this one - I tried to bring out the colour contrasts a bit more but not sure if I went about it the right way.

ART 1.20.2

Tried to keep the misty / stormy look without the sky getting too bright, but still allow some penetration through the mist on the hills.
