I’ve installed Darktable 3.0 on an iMac and have successfully importing images but when I try to edit them with Darkroom I only get an enlargement of the image itself; nothing shows but grey space on either side of the image, no modules or anything else. How can I get the editing tools to show up?

To be on the safe side: you have noticed the small triangles
at the leftmost part, the top, and the bottom of the screen, as well?
