I am the owner, but it doesn’t matter, because even if I kill it, it respawns immediately.
The path is
/usr/libexec/ptpcamerad
but it’s controlled by launchd so it can only be disabled using launchctl.
But since it’s under System Integrity Protection, it can’t be done.
