I found the vegetation at the foot of the cliff distracted from the waterfall. My interpretation:

I found this image went to uncanny very quickly. Maybe it was me rushing.

DT edit. The moon might be small but I found it the compelling element in this image. The powerful waterfall frames the distant moon sitting in the sky.

A wonderful picture to play on as there are so many challenges and possibilities.
My first take on it.

Tried to neutralize the shade blues in the water.
Getting the Moon out a bit more took some trying to.
Retouched away the white black piece on the right at the foot of the rocks which got cropped away later… 
.
Cropped slightly on the right an ever so much from the bottom.
