If you were interested, I’d be willing to connect to your machine via remote desktop connection (Anydesk) and do the suggested troubleshooting.
Given this is classic hacker technique I won’t be surprised if you turn down my offer but I felt I should suggest it. I’m not a hacker though - don’t know enough!
