Images I have taken with my camera in portrait orientation appear ‘on their side’ in the thumb-nails panel, but can very quickly be re-oriented using the appropriate image rotation button found in the top row of icons above that panel. However, images that have been adjusted in this way still appear in their original ‘sideways’ appearance in the Inspect panel. How can I adjust the appearance in the Inspect panel?
Hello, I don’t think you can. However, try to rotate your images in another program. I tried that with gThumb and the Inspector shows the rotated image indeed. I guess RT keeps the original orientation when showing in the Inspector and does not take into account the rotate action.
The inspector shows the embedded preview as-is. No rotation or any other adjustments.

Understand - and actually somewhat agree with this design decision… However, while I’m sure the developers have much more functionally interesting things to work on, I’ll register an interest in having an Inspect function that takes in account any users action with the rotate function.
