I just did a bunch of stuff to it, last thing was grayscale then a red tone curve that I pulled negative for the shadows. Oh, and crop to focus on the concentric lines.

@Reptorian Nice one! I am sure this will be a controversial PlayRaw (sarcasm intended). This feels like a good thematic stock photo in the making.

I really wanted to do this play at 10:40.37… but I just didn’t have the time…

RT 5.13 rc1: Haldclut film simulation Fuji Superia 100 applied and plenty of local contrast by details level.

Thanks, mino; not really creative since this type treatment’s been done on watch/clocks for quite a while now by others (and occasionally by yours truly). Mathmap’s the bomb. Believe G’MIC can do this, too, but I’m more comfortable using Mathmap than G’MIC for such renders. Did heal the resulting transparencies using G’MIC, this time, though (Solidify). :slight_smile:
