Pentax K-5 and K-100 camconst white and black frames

I looked at camconst.json and noticed that the above cameras are missing. Is this correct?

As I have them I could supply the black and white frames. I understand the process now. Should I do this?

Oh by the way the tutorial suggest setting verbose in the options to see values in the terminal output. can’t find any GUI options or CLI flags for this.

Correct.

Please.

Edit the options file and set verbose=true

Though you don’t need to worry about this as we’ll be analyzing the shots.

No 3 the fast lens raw scaling test shot. Should that be a overexposed white frame or a normal properly exposed shot? I’m at home with sick/sleeping child so have a bit of time and can do the whole shebang.

Edit: I’m not a fast lens shooter so I max out at f1.8 is that fast enough?

Overexposed, but I don’t think it’s necessary for Pentax. @ilias_giarimis would know better. You could take one shot at your most open aperture and send it along with the rest. Remember to clearly name your files.

Yes, whatever your most wide-open aperture is.

Whiteframes, nr whiteframes and f1.8 aperture shot from three Pentax cameras can be downloaded here:

Hopefully I’ve not made any mistakes…
