A couple of days ago I released version 0.7 of PhotoTeleport (your favourite photo uploader) for Linux, Windows and OS X. You can get it here, and while you download it let me tell you what is new in this version:
- PhotoTeleport can now automatically downsize the image for you, while uploading them
- plugins remember their last used settings
- our @Tobias will be glad to know that files can now be specified from the command line
- unofrtunately, since August 1st Facebook does not allow uploading photos to a user profile: you can only upload to a Facebook page. I updated the plugin to make this clear.
- FTP: use a newer SSH library, compatible with more servers
- VK: implement posting to user’s wall
- Flickr: allow posting to photostream, without any specific set
- DeviantArt: add “category” selector
Please let me know of any issues you should find (I do spend more time developing it than using it, so… ).
