Is there any way to see the focal length after plate solving? I checked the fits header but I can’t find it anywhere. When I do a plate solve in APT I get the focal length and the rotation which I also don’t see in Siril.
You have the local length in the console, right after. And of course in the FITS header too.
Yes, I found the focal length but I have a problem with the camera rotation. In Siril I get 168.61 degrees and in APT I get 11.2/191.2 degrees. I always use the rotation numbers from APT and adjust my camera rotator. So in my case 11.2 degrees. If I would use Siril’s rotation of 168.61 degrees it wouldn’t be correct.
It is just a convention.
