In Krita 4.2

  1. Convert to LAB
  2. Change tone of color a bit with color adjustment
  3. Create High Pass adjustment layer (With my patch. PS, I need to get around implementing contrast option on it). Set to Flat Light blend mode.
  4. Create Color Balance and adjust the top of top 2 and top 2 of middle slide
    Alternatively, you could do the same by cloning layer with adjustment mask, and disable L* on color balance layer.
