Hello, I need your help. With the new RawTherapee 5.4 I am not any more able to preset the metadata to “changed data”. I want the program to copy the new metadata automatically in the jpg. Who is able to help me?
Thanks Rainer

Thank you. The mode changes after every photo to copy unchanged, but I need … changed…
Now it’s part of the PP3 like any other tool.
Then you should switch to “Apply modifications” on that button …
Thank you, I try to change the standard: from unchanged to changed. Till version 5.3 it was possible.
No, it was not possible at all to do that per-photo before 5.4, since the option was in Preferences. Now it’s possible to do that per-photo, to store the setting per-photo, and to make a PP3 which does what you want it to do concerning metadata.

I am looking for a presenting “changed”, because the presetting is “unchanged”.
Thanks for your help.
You do that through creating your own custom processing profile and setting that as the new default processing profile for raw photos. I already linked you to the article(s), and I just updated all of them for compatibility with RT-5.4.
