Can you tell me where I find “Print” in Darktable 3.0? On the top right I only have Lighttable, Darkroom, and other. Other does not have “Print” in it.

Export a tiff/jpeg and print from anotjer application like gimp.
Do you mean after I edit a photo in Darktable, I export it into Gimp to print? Is Gimp another type of editing program? It would be nice if editing and printing can be done in one program.

Yes, gimp is sort of like Photoshop. It doesn’t have to be gimp, it could be windows photo viewer, if it meets your needs.
Windows lacks support for CUPS (the Common Unix Printing System), which is what darktable relies on in order to print on Linux and macOS.
OK well try Darktabel to edit and then export to Gimp and print. Regrading Gimp, is it non destructive? Can I also edit photos either jpeg or raw files in Gimp and it will keep the originals intact?
Gimp is a raster graphics editor. It is not nondestructive.
