Hi all, i’ve a problem when i start RT. I can’t see any pictures, i must open files one by one i many windows. Somebody knows how should i do? I specify that the problem continues malgress that I uninstalled and reinstalls whatever version. Thank’s

Start RawTherapee using the normal shortcut, not using “Open with”. You will find yourself in the File Browser. Click on the triangles in the “Folders” tree panel until you get to your photos, then double-click the folder name.
Nothing happens, the small bar on the left always indicates 0% 
Ok, then please provide more information and screenshots.
- What sort of files are in the folder you’re trying to open?
- Are those file extensions ticked in Preferences > File Browser > Parsed Extensions?
- Show a screenshot of the File Browser tab.
The files are in RAW format, but JPEG don’t work either. In facts files don’t open. I joined 2 screenshot but sorry, it’s in french because i am, maybe you’ve noticed^^
The extensions list is empty, that’s the problem. Close RT, delete your “options” file, and restart RT.

Did you use any version of RT before 5.0-r1-gtk3?
Yes i’ve, i don’t remember but 2 or 3 previous version. I try your solution and after i tell you if it’s ok
