Question about the FITS file(s) (again)

Hi,

I was wondering about this… According to the camera, etc, and exiftool (also uses libraw 0.20) the CR3 RAW files are (corresponding to the specs):

Lens Focal Length : 15
Lens : 15.0 - 35.0 mm
Aperture : 2.8
Image Size : 8192x5464
Lens ID : Canon RF 15-35mm F2.8L IS USM
Megapixels : 44.8

Yet Siril-1.0.0-x86_64.AppImage reports:

Saving FITS: file Lights_00010.fit, 1 layer(s), 8191x5463 pixels
19:10:40: Decoding Canon EOS R5 file (ISO=3200, Exposure=20.0 sec)
19:10:40: Filter pattern: RGGB

In the width and height 1 pixel is missing…

Siril uses LibRaw for DSLR raw image decoding. So this is the LibRaw interpretation here, with the active Area and Raw margins.

Exiftool also uses libraw (as does Rapid Photo Downloader) and gives the right size…

1 pixel off, both ways, is at least curious.

We are using the latest snapshot version in the AppImage. There have been many changes in LibRaw.

and so on…

The 1 pixel off both ways is with the latest version of the AppImage (Siril-1.0.0-x86_64.AppImage).
