The entire purpose of this release is to fix a bug introduced in 0.9.22, in which on some systems a segfault (fatal crash) would occur on startup.
Install it like this:
python3 install.py --devel
The install script is unchanged from last time (as always available here).
If you were seeing a segfault, please let me know if this fixed it or not.
