Rapid Photo Downloader 0.9.8 is released

Compared to version 0.9.8b1, the only change in this release is that on Sony files, use ExifTool to get shutter count metadata. Please note, not all Sony models produce this metadata.

All users of version 0.9.8b1 or earlier are encouraged to update.
