Raw therapee Version 11 is missing the publisher info

Hello,
who would be the person, link, … that can fix the version 11 and put in the publisher data?
My company requires this, as I believe most with security tools and this makes it very hard to get the update installed

Which operating system and where are they expecting the publisher information? Do you know what information they want to see?
