Rawtherapee and Mojave Mac OS 10.14.3

Hello,

Mojave Mac OS 10.14.3, doesn’t permit to open the latest versions, 5.7 and 5.8, of RawTherapee, because it doesn’t recognise the identity of the developer.
Could you help me, is there a solution?
