Can someone direct me to where I can download the latest dev versions of RawTherapee. I found an old page and when I try to download I get the following message

You most likely want RawTherapee_dev_win64_release.exe or RawTherapee_dev_win64_release.zip for a portable version.

So, when I click Release Automated Builds and scroll down to four from bottom and install 5.12-137-g2fde69987 it all looks normal. (Screenshot). When I open it I get this message again. I’m unclear what it means. I’m on PC Win 11 .
