RAWtherepe does not start

I installed RAWtherepe and it started up. But when i started my computer the next day it would not start up. Can someone help me?

I downloaded it from the RAWtherepe website and i have a windows 10 computer. Is it possible it only works when the computer has acces to the internet?

No. That is not possible.

Are you running any antivirus software?

Also, how did you start it? @hvaste Henk, je kunt mij eventueel een privéberichtje sturen als je dat makkelijker vindt.

Hallo Roel, ik heb een snelkoppeling op het bureaublad laten maken en daarop dubbelklik ik. Maar sinds ik de computer on line heb start het programma keurig op. Ik zal nog eens kijken wat hij doet als ik off line ben. Bedankt voor alle hulp overigens

I installed it again yesterday and now it starts on and offline. Thanks for all your support.

@hvaste: since my Nederlands is far too rusty, I reply in English instead.

If I understand you correctly:

  • you start RawTherapee using a shortcut
  • it works OK if you are online
  • but it does not work if you are offline

I wonder where did you install RawTherapee?
On your local harddisk? On a net share somewhere?
In a cloud? On a USB stick?

Right-click on your shortcut. What Location does it report?
