Could you please specify what exactly you want it to accomplish? Iā€™m not sure what you mean

However, from what I understand so far, Iā€™m afraid no FOSS program can achieve what you need it to do.

There are a number of models on GitHub that could potentially do it, but you would have to find a way to run them yourself. chaiNNer can probably do it for photos, but I have no idea about video.

The models here seem promising:
