Resynthesizer on Partha's GIMP-2.10.4

I can’t get Resynthesizer to work on Partha’s GIMP-2.10.4/Win10. It doesn’t load and show up on the Filters->Enhance menu.

It all works perfect on GIMP-2.10.1/Win10 which I have on the same desktop.
Any ideas?

I got the problem fixed by installing gimp-2.10.4-setup-2.exe from GIMP - Downloads
