RT 5.9 Mac version

I’m running RT 5.9 version 5.9-235-g0bbcea880

I still have the same problem with sending to an external editor.

The command line is correct and functions as expected in Terminal.

But when I click the old ‘artists pallet’ button RT freezes and does nothing.

Is there a newer version where my problem might not occur?
Or can someone point me to an earlier version where the external editor setup looks like this:

The 5.9 stable release has the one shown in your second screenshot. If you can find a recent macos build, it will have a native command option that should work.
