So when i’m done with my treatment in siril and want to take it over to PS, is there a way to save it as it looks autostrechted or am I doing the wrong workflow?
Before going to PS (or GIMP), there are plenty of process you can do on Siril. The last of them is the histogram stretch. You could find some tutorials on our YouTube channel.
Yeah, that is what I have been looking at. I can come to a similar result quicker in Siril with less masks 
So doing the histogram stretch is the same as having “autostretch” enabled?
If you do in the automatic way yes. But my advice is to do it manually.
