Scrolling to change values is jumpy in master branch

Since some master branch versions, I have the problem that scrolling isn’t precise anymore.

When I use my scroll wheel to adjust a value of a module, some values are hardly to set, because darktable leave them simply out when scrolling. It is not a problem of the mouse wheel sensitivity, I changed this to a very slow speed. I as well tested a different mouse. Anyway, the problem stays.

Am I the only one who has this problem? Can anyone confirm this behaviour?
I’m on Linux and at the moment I’m using dt. 5.3.0~git925.fb190b00-1+13423.1

I just tested this with an older AgX AppImage (5.3.0+468~gf552cf75c6)
here I don’t have this problem.

Also on 5.3.0~git925.fb190b00-1+13423.1, on Linux Mint.
Yes, I can confirm.
For instance in color balance rgb the perceptual brilliance values jump by 1%.
Not limited to this module, though.

I have opened a bug report:

I believe this is correct behaviour. If you hold down ctrl button the increments are 0.1% and hold down shift button the increments are 10%

Ahhhh maybe I got @Thomas_Gulmark wrong.

On a slider where the steps are 1% I often have the problem, that it jumps over a value: For example, 5% > 7% no 6% is shown. The same happens if I try to reach this value from the other side. If I scroll a few times over the value with different speed, I get at some time the value 6% presented.

On Values with 0,5% steps it is for example 5,5% > 6,5% so the 6% are not shown. I have that on all modules.

I think I have to check if I have that on my laptop as well. I usually don’t use it with a mouse.

Sorry, I didn’t RTFM, disregard.
