I’m a fan of Shotwell as my DAM of choice for Linux. I also use Digikam for my old archives, but find the workflow to be difficult to use for my everyday use cases.
is there are reason that Shotwell doesn’t have its own group here on pixls.us? It looks like every other piece of FOSS out there has a group here, but not this one.
I’d like to increase the visibility of this product.

Because nobody at the project has approached us and we have not approached them.
That would make sense. How would this be done?. Is it up to a collective or leading set of people that run this site, or can any individual just ask?
It is better if the project itself wants to us the forum, as that means there will be an authority around to answer questions. But it doesn’t have to be. If enough users want it, we can have it.
We mostly want activity, for people to use the category.
How does shot well provide their support now?
