Hi, I have just downloaded 1.2.0-Beta 2 and have noticed on my mac pro (mid 2014) that most of the drop downs are not showing correctly. I am having to use keyboard downarrows and memory to guess the selections I need. I’ll drop one example, however this is prevalent across all the dropdown’s.

I can only assume that this is something specific to my model of Mac. I am running OS Big Sur 11.7.6. Previous versions of Siril have had not problem, so I guess I can go back to Beta 1 which was fine, but thought you guys might have something up your sleeves?
This is a know issue.
A GTK one.
The best thing to do here is probably to upgrade to Ventura.
I do not think this mac is capable of Ventura (its pre 2017). Strange that Beta 1 did not exhibit this.
Also, you know when you are writing an issue report you suddenly think I wonder if the problem is to do with…
Well, this happened to me and I just wondered if the second larger monitor I run Siril on was causing a problem (I have always run in this configuration but grabbing at straws!). So, I drag the window onto the native retina display and the drop downs work, I then drag the screen back to the larger display and they keep working! So, I have a workaround, but also perhaps an excuse to look to get a new Mac!
Thanks for the update.

Yes, I think that GTK has a lot of issues with multiple screen on macOS.
Thanks for the report.
I had the same issue while using an external monitor. To workaround it, I ended up using Siril from the MacBook Pro screen (not the external one) and it worked fine there. Hope it helps.
Thanks @Fernando_Nunez , I also found that dragging the window to the laptop screen, using the control, then dragging back to external also appears to work! Strange but true!
