Siril Linux - Flatpak not recognizing Starnet++

I have Siril 1.2.0 installed on a Debian 12 system using the Flatpak and it will not recognize my Starnet++ install claiming “No valid StarNet executable found in the configured StarNet installation directory.” StarNet works from CLI and in the AppImage of Siril with CUDA acceleration enabled without issue. I selected the exact same installation and executable file for the Flatpak install and the AppImage install. Any light you can shine on why the Flatpak version is not working correctly would be helpful.
