Siril seems to discard reference frame during registration in 1.4.0 beta4?

I’ve run this on multiple sequences, and the same sequence with different images set as the reference frame. Siril consistently discards the reference frame during registration for me. Is this a code error or a config error? Thanks!

There’s an identified bug in beta4 which does not export the reference frame. As a temporary workaround, you can tick 2pass box when doing the global registration and then Apply Registration. This will be fixed anyway in next release, cheers C.
