[Solved] Go to next picture automatically after setting star rating in full preview (lighttable)

Hi,

In lighttable full preview, is there an option somewhere please to automatically go to next picture after the user has put a star rating on the current one?

Edit: Looks there are some clever ways of doing as noted by other users below.

I don’t believe there is that option, no. In the Lighttable view, you can use the right arrow to progress to the next one, and if you’re using the filmstrip in the Darkroom, it’s space bar to move forward and backspace to reverse.

The number keys work for star ratings in both the Lighttable and Darkroom.
So, it’s just two key presses instead of one to do what you want to do.

I have not tested it (I’m not in front of the computer, sorry) but if you filter by unrated pictures, when you rate a picture in the light table I would say it jumps to the next one.

Try setting the collection filter in the top bar to No Rated. As soon as you rate it, it will not be part of the selection.
