When I see images in the darkroom, before editing, it appears some areas in red. I would like to know what is ? Thank you

It’s the clipping warning (status is sticky, carried over between editing sessions):

As @kofa said, that setting is “sticky”. That means once you switch it on, it stays on until you switch it off.
And that setting is remembered even between sessions (i.e. program restarts).
Most likely you switched it on once, then forgot to turn it off. To switch it off, just click on it (like the other buttons there, they are toggles: a click switches the state between on and off).
