In the case of this file there is a linearity value given at 10000… I had the same question…perhaps the lower one is a value reliable for “white” or where all channels are not yet clipped and specular is the highest “measureable” value on the sensor but not necessarly guaranteed not to be clipped say on one channel…?? No idea
