for the sunflower set your histogram to srgb and you can easily tell the highlights are too high. With the histogram set to the other colorspaces you will think you have more headroom to go before the highlight compression kicks in.
Need to test this on my amoled display that comes with an adobergb and p3 profile to see if darktable allows me to use that extra headroom when setting the output to one of those.
just noticed that windows photos is showing my images incorrectly. In photoshop, krita, and even microsoft paint it shows it correct.
filmic v6 maxrgb , colorbalancergb (would increase the shadows a bit if I did it again)
