Synthetic bias on Nikon DSLR camera

Hi all!
I wanted to determine the synthetic bias for my Nikon D80 camera (I know, it’s old and not great for astrophotography, but that’s what I have for now), according to the tutorial on the Siril website: Siril - Synthetic biases.
The article says to take images at each offset setting, but I don’t understand what this “offset” refers to in my camera. This camera doesn’t seem to have an offset setting — I can set the ISO, but I’m not sure if that’s what it means.
I’d be grateful for any guidance.

Hello, as mentionned in the tutorial: Siril - Synthetic biases
You just need to vary with the different ISO setting to check if it affects the level

C.

Thanks, I actually missed that paragraph somehow.
