Text on tab menu is missing for some of them.

Someone install gimp 2.10.10 and ask me why no text in menu tab. I have no clue.
As you can see on the top menu tab, some text is missing. Any possible reasons?

  1. Needed font missing?
  2. What language setting does the Win 7 machine have?
