mostly tone equalizer, some color zones (lightness on the blues), and a little bit of haze removal seemed to do the job, but if you want the rocks to be as bright as the water you’d have to keep going…

This is my outcome with the RT 5.8. I’ve tried to get more depth and more vivid waves, no HDR look.
