Two issues I have encountered...

I have encountered the following two issues on the latest version of RPD (0.9.5 on Fedora Workstation 27):

  1. I cannot set the backup target to a network share. I used to be able to do this in 0.4.x
  2. This version cannot recognize .3FR files as images to be downloaded.

Any suggestions?

Carlos

No idea. Can you be more specific? Exactly how is it mounted?

Thanks for the heads up. The next version will. Thankfully exiv2 has some support for the format. If there are limitations in its support let me know. It might be that ExifTool can be roped in to help read the metadata.

Nautilus mounts it using an SMB URL as far as I can see. No file system mount.

If you mount it so it is addressable on your file system, then you’ll have considerably more luck. However, if you do this, depending on your download speed, you need to ensure that it’s possible to reliably copy files to it at high speed. With some network shares that requires tuning the mount directives.
